For GLWS Accredited Practitioners who want to utilise the GLWS surveys and reports. 

Subscription Plan provides 12 month access to:

  • Use of the GLWS Framework® in consulting, coaching or client advisory work.
  • Extensive new GLWS product support resources (see bundle inclusions for further details).
  • GLWS Surveys and Personal Reports – quantity based on bundle size ordered.

Please note surveys are non-accruable and valid for 12-months.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions below carefully and accept these at Checkout to complete your purchase.

I understand that by purchasing a GLWS® Assessment System Subscription Plans (12-month subscription) that:

  • Prices are exclusive of GST, which will be added when applicable.
  • GLWS surveys, reports, GLWS MyWellbeing (where applicable), all inclusions, extra options, and add-ons have a 12-month validity period from the order or purchase date, whichever is the earliest. Unfortunately, we cannot accrue, refund, credit, transfer, or extend unused surveys, reports, GLWS MyWellbeing (where applicable) or inclusions.
  • Minimum participant upload means the smallest quantity of surveys our bureau service will accept for processing in a single batch. This number is determined by the size of the bundle or pack purchased. Quantities smaller than the specified minimum for the purchased bundle or pack size automatically attract an additional administrative charge at a fixed rate of AUD55+GST per upload (irrespective of country of purchase). You will be reminded of this when placing your order.
  • One unit of survey and report (and MyWellbeing where applicable) will be deducted from the remaining quantity available from purchased subscription plan when a survey link is created.
  • This means that irrespective of whether the survey link is subsequently opened or completed or if MyWellbeing set-up is requested (where applicable), one unit of GLWS Survey and
    report (and MyWellbeing where applicable) will be considered to have been ‘consumed’.
  • MyWellbeing set-up must be requested at the time of survey administration request. Where you choose not to request access to MyWellbeing at the time of survey administration, that unit of MyWellbeing will be deemed to be forfeited.
  • MyWellbeing set-up cannot be purchased or requested after survey administration has been actioned and confirmed.
  • All inclusions are subject to terms and conditions of use, including ethical standards of usage, retention of sole ownership and copyright by EEK & SENSE, commitment to protecting our copyright and brand standards, and acceptance that continued access and usage beyond the 12 months is contingent upon the purchase of another bundle at the minimum volume required to qualify for same inclusions. Terms differ by bundle; details are available upon request.
  • We want to always communicate fairly and proactively about our pricing and terms, but we do also need to reserve the legal right to amend our prices, subscription plans, optional extras, add-ons and inclusions and terms whenever necessary.
