Terms and Conditions

Below is a summary of the key points from our complete Terms & Conditions. However, before purchasing and using
the GLWS, it is a legal requirement that all users read and acknowledge their acceptance of the full GLWS
Assessment & Reporting System and GLWS Framework® Terms & Conditions of Use.

  • This Price List only applies to GLWS survey-respondents in the country of purchase.
  • Different prices apply to survey respondents outside the country covered by this Price List; please enquire about
    different regions/countries of interest.
  • For usage with survey respondents spanning multiple countries, different bundles are available at local jurisdiction
    rates (unless an international bundle rate has been agreed upon in writing between the parties).
  • Prices are exclusive of GST, which will be added when applicable.
  • Starter Packs, Bundles, Singles, Options, Add-ons and GLWS Framework Only subscriptions ordered online are
    immediately payable online via Stripe payment or within 14 days of invoicing.
  • GLWS surveys, reports, all inclusions, extra options, and add-ons have a 12-month validity period from the order or
    purchase date, whichever is the earliest. Unfortunately, we cannot accrue, refund, credit, transfer, or extend
    unused surveys, reports, or inclusions.
  • Purchases of the GLWS Framework Only subscription will auto-renew annually.
  • Cancellation of any auto-renewal must be made in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date. A reminder will
    be provided 4 weeks before renewal.
  • Subsequent orders for additional bundles or add-ons each have a new 12-month validity period from the date of
    ordering/purchasing.
  • Minimum participant upload means the smallest quantity of surveys our bureau service will accept for processing
    in a single batch. This number is determined by the size of the bundle or pack purchased. Quantities smaller than
    the specified minimum for the purchased bundle or pack size automatically attract an additional administrative
    charge at a fixed rate of AUD55+GST pp (irrespective of country of purchase). You will be reminded of this when
    placing your order.
  • One unit of survey and report will be deducted from the remaining quantity available from purchased bundled
    when a survey link is created. This means that irrespective of whether the survey link is subsequently opened or
    completed, one unit of GLWS Survey and report will be considered to have been ‘consumed’.
  • All inclusions are subject to terms and conditions of use, including ethical standards of usage, retention of sole
    ownership and copyright by EEK & SENSE, commitment to protecting our copyright and brand standards, and
    acceptance that continued access and usage beyond the 12 months is contingent upon the purchase of another
    bundle at the minimum volume required to qualify for same inclusions. Terms differ by bundle; details are
    available upon request.
  • We want to always communicate fairly and proactively about our pricing and terms, but we do also need to
    reserve the legal right to amend our prices, packs, bundles and terms whenever necessary.
  • The GLWS surveys, reports and inclusions from any Organisation Starter Pack, Re-order Bundle, or GLWS
    Framework® Only subscription may only be used by individuals from within the same organisation. Upon
    checkout, each user’s name and email address must be listed under the subscription. Additional users may be
    requested in writing after purchase if needed.
