Deepen your knowledge and expertise in workplace wellbeing with GLWS accreditation
Latest wellbeing science and up-to-the-minute data. Discover why GLWS Accreditation delivers so much more than accreditation in a singular diagnostic.
The GLWS® provides a data and science-driven approach to identifying wellbeing needs at an individual, team and organisation level. Because the GLWS methodology and tools are used to drive wellbeing initiatives for leaders and employees across the whole of the mental health and wellbeing continuum, GLWS accreditation has long been recognised as so much more than accreditation in a singular tool/diagnostic.
If employee wellbeing, preventing leader burnout and talent retention are high priorities for your organisation/clients, then you will most likely be proactively ensuring that your wellbeing advisory capabilities are sharp and up to date with best practice advice.
GLWS accreditation is an invaluable personal and professional asset.
Who is GLWS accreditation for?
- Experienced coaches, psychologists and consultants who provide specialist advisory services.
- Inhouse teams, including P&C, DE&I, HS&W, L&D and OD and specialists supporting an organisation’s wellbeing strategy.
Why Accreditation?
Accreditation provides the credentials to design and deliver GLWS programs, practical experience using the GLWS framework and wellbeing assessments and debrief personal reports with individuals in a 1:1 context.
GLWS accreditation will add significantly to your wellbeing, leadership development and coaching qualifications.
You’ll learn how to interpret and use this highly credible suite of tools to deliver enhanced personal and organisational wellbeing and performance, in ways that will feel relevant and achieve high levels of buy-in from leaders and professionals at all levels.
Who is GLWS accreditation for?
The GLWS Practitioner Accreditation Program is open to experienced coaches, psychologists, consultants and OD/L&D practitioners with high levels of existing feedback and coaching skills at leadership levels in organisations.
We will assume you are already experienced in working 1 to 1 with leaders on their personal and professional development, and that you are comfortable discussing potentially sensitive areas such as relationships, conflict, stress, mental and physical health.
How accreditation works
There are two levels of GLWS accreditation:
Level 1 is the essential first step in your use of GLWS. It will give you the knowledge, technical skills and confidence to work successfully with the GLWS Personal Report in 1 to 1 contexts.
Level 2 is if you want to extend your use of GLWS into deeper systemic organisational development, change and culture work via intact teams, leadership development, talent and/or diversity, inclusion and wellbeing programs. It can only be completed after Level 1 and is intended for those who want the challenge of becoming a GLWS Master Practitioner, qualified to work across a broader range of organisational pain points and applications.
On this course you will focus on the expert skills required to interpret and consult using the GLWS Team and Group Reports, and we build your accreditation experience around your own real-life case-study.
The resources that GLWS offers are exhaustive; the coaching guide is outstanding; their support is generous and despite the course being online, it still felt personable as I knew there were real people at GLWS to help and provide guidance.
Anne Bartlett, Executive Coach
The e-learning was really easy to navigate, and the approach to learning was a good balance of theory and practise. Marisa and the team provided great support throughout the process, and I feel confident of their ongoing support as I begin to use the GLWS.
Bri Hayllar, Psychologist, Transitioning Well
"I recently completed the e-learning Level 1 accreditation and found the whole program very valuable. Easy access to the videos and slides meant I could dip in and out as needed and refresh my understanding and knowledge of wellbeing throughout the program.
The quizzes, learning activities, feedback and support embedded my learning and built my confidence to use the GLWS in my coaching practice. It has changed the way I view my own life and the approach I take with my clients. And the real bonus was I could do it in my own time and at a pace that suited me."
Bernadette Durrell, Coach, Amalfi Coaching
