GLWS MyWellbeing is an online, self-service, wellbeing support portal for individuals, full of targeted learning and development resources aligned to the GLWS Framework and GLWS Survey.

GLWS MyWellbeing is designed to provided targeted wellbeing support, development tips and action prompts to help participants to interpret their GLWS Personal Wellbeing reports independent of a debrief.

Please read the Terms and Conditions below carefully and accept these at Checkout to complete your purchase.

I understand that by purchasing the GLWS MyWellbeing Add-on access that:

  • The quantity of GLWS MyWellbeing units purchased can only be allocated to a GLWS Survey Request date stated in this purchase.
  • The number of GLWS MyWellbeing units must match the number of GLWS surveys requested. We cannot do partial GLWS MyWellbeing purchases nor can the GLWS MyWellbeing units purchased here be ‘stored’ for future use. Any mismatch between the number of GLWS surveys requested and the number of MyWellbeing units purchased will result in a delay in administering your GLWS surveys.
  • Upon payment of this GLWS MyWellbeing purchase, we will be notified of your purchase and payment automatically through the payment system. We will then action your associated GLWS survey request and confirm this action to you by email.
  • Your GLWS Survey request associated with this purchase will not be actioned until payment of this GLWS MyWellbeing purchase has been confirmed.
  • GLWS MyWellbeing will be set up at the same time as the GLWS survey administration.
  • GLWS MyWellbeing access has a validity of 6 months from the date that the survey has been sent to the GLWS Respondent (not their completion date).

Eligibility to purchase the GLWS MyWellbeing Add-on

  • The GLWS MyWellbeing Add-on should only be purchased if you have an associated GLWS survey request that has been submitted within 3 days of this purchase.
  • You cannot purchase the GLWS MyWellbeing Add-on if the GLWS surveys have already been sent to the respondents.

GLWS MyWellbeing login details

  • Your GLWS Respondents’ GLWS MyWellbeing login details will be provided in the same as email that delivers their GLWS results (GLWS Personal Report). This is the standard way that the GLWS MyWellbeing login details are provided. Please ask your GLWS Respondents to bookmark the link and save their password securely. If you require this information to be re-sent or sent in any other way, an administration fee will be charged. Please contact us at support@glwswellbeing.com for details.
  • In the case where the GLWS results are not sent directly to the respondent, the person(s) nominated to receive this report is responsible for ensuring the respondent receives their login details.

Who can purchase the MyWellbeing Add-on?

  • The GLWS MyWellbeing Add-on should only be purchased if you have an associated GLWS survey request that has been submitted within 3 days of this purchase.
  • You cannot purchase the GLWS MyWellbeing Add-on if the GLWS surveys have already been sent to the respondents.
