Audrey wishes she knew at 30 what she now knows at 50+. The link between success, strong and sustained performance, sense of fulfilment, life satisfaction and happiness seems so obvious now – wellbeing – but it’s taken a lifetime of experiences and 20+ years as a business psychologist to fathom. It’s still a work in progress – one that has become the focus of her professional life.
